Kyle S. Reyes is the Chief Executive Officer of The Silent Partner Marketing, a full service marketing agency that works with some of the biggest and most patriotic brands in America. He’s also the Executive Director for Law Enforcement Today, the largest police-owned media company in America.
Reyes agency donated $1,000,000 in services to tell help humanize those who serve and protect. As part of that donation in services, the company launched a series called, “Behind the Uniforms.”

Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith retired in 2009 as a 29-year veteran of a large metropolitan police department in the Chicago suburbs. Beginning her career as a police dispatcher at age 17, Betsy became an officer four years later and has held positions in patrol, investigations, narcotics, juvenile, hostage negotiation, crime prevention and field training. She received her four year degree from Western Illinois University in 1991, and was a class officer and graduate of the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety’s School of Staff and Command in May of 2001.

Enrique Herrera was an esteemed 24-year, “Tip of the Spear” US Air Force Combat Controller that culminated his career at the 24th Special Tactics Squadron (STS) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The 24th STS solves our nation’s hardest problems, anytime and anywhere in the world, and usually under the gravest of conditions. As a member of the Joint Special Operations Enterprise, deployed in support of countless operations to the Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Northern and Eastern Africa.
Today, Enrique is a devoted community builder and servant leader. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Owner, veteran entrepreneur, and investor in several veteran and first responder related non-profits, he continues to serve in his community to improve veterans’ rights, quality of life, veteran and first responder medical treatment, and the military service to civilian service transition. Enrique is also an integral part of several national and regional non- profits focused on improving the lives of Veterans, First Responders, and Surviving Family members as they make the transition to a life absent their loved ones.

Danny O’Neil
Combat Wounded Army Veteran: Warfighter Watch
Danny O’Neel was born and raised in Northern California. Signing up for the Army on 9/11 as a forward observer at 19 drastically changed the course of his life. Instead of climbing the corporate ladder, he quickly climbed the ranks to sergeant and became a squad leader in only 17 months!
Though Danny thought he would be headed to Afghanistan, the Army had other ideas, instead sending him to Iraq. Twice. Though the first tour was mostly uneventful, the second trip to Sadr City was a deadly year. Nine of Danny’s brothers lost their lives that year. Sadly, 15 members of his unit have taken their own lives in the aftermath, including his company commander.
As a motivational speaker, Danny is now the chairman of the board for Warfighter Overwatch, helping his fellow veterans come home from the battlefield. His wife, Faun, has also joined him in their mission to combat veteran suicide while raising four children in Folsom, California. Danny loves teaching valuable lessons on life, resilience, and perseverance. His mission to continue serving is not just inspirational; it’ll motivate you to get in the fight!
